At Regalia Elixirs, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products, including high-concentration perfume elixirs, imitation jewelry, and handcrafted accessories. Please review our updated policy below:

Return Policy

We do not accept returns for any products once they are sold and delivered.
All sales are final as per our store policy due to the personal and artisanal nature of our offerings.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are not typically issued. However, in exceptional cases (such as receiving a completely damaged product) and upon approval by the company, a refund may be processed.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.
  • Approval is subject to the submission of an unboxing video clearly showing the damaged product.
  • No refund will be processed without valid visual proof of the issue.

1. General Policy

Due to the hygienic, personal, and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been delivered and unsealed.

2. Damages or Issues

We make every effort to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • An item with leakage or breakage
  • A wrong product entirely

We’re happy to offer a refund or replacement, but only if the following condition is met:

📹 An unboxing video is mandatory — The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the damage being discovered.
No claims will be accepted without this proof.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Used or opened perfume bottles
  • Jewelry that has been worn or tampered with
  • Custom or limited-edition products
  • Items returned without prior approval and valid proof (i.e., unboxing video)

4. Exchanges

We currently only support exchange or replacement in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item with valid video proof

If approved, we will process your exchange within 5–7 business days.

If exchange is approved, it will take 7-10 working days to deliver the exchange product depending on the location.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

If your claim is approved, the refund will be:

  • Processed back to your original payment method
  • Completed within 7–10 business days

Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for direct refund—you may receive a credit coupon instead.​
