• International shipping will be introduced soon. Stay tuned via our newsletter for updates.

Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Shiprocket​ and India Post to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time.

Shipping Time

• Order Processing: 1–3 business days
• Delivery Time (India): 4–8 business days depending on your location

You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping (India): ₹89
• Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999
• Shipping charges (if any) are visible during checkout before payment is completed.

Packaging

All orders are packed securely in tamper-proof boxes or pouches to ensure your perfumes, jewelry, or accessories arrive safely and undamaged.

2. Damages, Delays & Lost Packages

We take utmost care in packaging and dispatch, but if your item:

• Arrives damaged
• Is delayed beyond 12 business days without updates
• Is lost in transit

Please contact us at support@regaliaelixirs.com within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. Include your order number and photos of any damaged items.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

Perfumes, imitation jewelry, and clutches are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons unless:

• You receive the wrong product
• The item is damaged upon delivery

In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page.

5. Payment Requirements

• Orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout unless opting for COD.
